Insights Into the Outdoors |
The Insights Into the Outdoors workshops are community education classes that provide rich insights into specific topics beyond what is typically offered during our Community Nature Study Classes in February. Insights are scheduled everyother month or so and often begin with a free Friday evening hour and a half presentation focusing on the bare essentials of the chosen topic. The Saturday morning three hour workshop offers participants an even more in-depth study including some classroom and field time throughout our Lynx Creek site. Past topics have included Mountain Lion Ecology, Butterflies, Tracking, Native Medicinal Plants, reptiles and amphibians and more. Check our calendar of events for upcoming Insights classes.
